Cancellation Policy

FOR PRIVATE BOOKINGS ONLY: Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before a booking start time (excluding ongoing bookings). This must be done online. Bookings cancelled within 72 hours are not eligible for refund or reschedule. We are a small charity run by volunteers and this policy is strict to reduce administrative burden. Thanks for understanding!
